Troy Slaby

Troy Slaby has been part of the Sports Enhancement Academy family from the very beginning. As the younger brother of Matt Slaby and son of SEA founders Doug and Amy Slaby, Troy grew up around the facility and has developed a lifelong passion for basketball, youth sports, and helping create opportunities for athletes to grow and compete.

Troy has played an integral role in the growth of SEA and Wisconsin Academy Basketball. Today, he serves as a Director and Skills Trainer, helping oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities while also working directly with athletes through training and coaching. His hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to player development make him an important part of both the SEA and Wisconsin Academy communities.

As a coach with Wisconsin Academy Basketball, Troy works closely with athletes and families throughout the program, helping players develop their skills while creating a positive and competitive environment. His passion for basketball and commitment to the next generation of athletes are at the heart of everything he does.

Outside of SEA, Troy enjoys spending time with his family, staying involved in basketball, and continuing to grow the Slaby family legacy within the local sports community.
