Matt Slaby

Matt Slaby has been part of Sports Enhancement Academy since the day its doors opened. As the son of founders Doug and Amy Slaby, he grew up around the facility and developed a passion for youth sports, event management, and creating exceptional experiences for athletes and families. Matt’s journey at SEA began as a teenager working in the concession stand, and through years of dedication and hard work, he has grown into his current role as Part Owner and Director of Operations.

Today, Matt oversees tournament operations, court rentals, and the day-to-day management of both Sports Enhancement Academy facilities. His commitment to organization, customer service, and providing first-class events has helped establish SEA as one of Southern Wisconsin’s premier destinations for youth sports.

A lifelong resident of Stoughton, Wisconsin, Matt is also a proud coach with Wisconsin Academy Basketball, one of the state’s premier AAU basketball programs, which proudly calls Sports Enhancement Academy home. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his daughter, working at his family’s cattle ranch, Slaby Akaushi Ranch, and golfing whenever he gets the chance.
